Here are two ways

To load the show into Itunes
and also listen to it on your ipod?  

Open up itunes on your computer.

Go to the "itunes store".
 (under the STORE heading on the left hand side).

In the upper right hand corner, Type in "Expanded Lovemaking Show".

Now,click on subscribe button next to the Expanded Lovemaking Icon, or the subscribe button in the list below.

You could go to www.personallifemedia.com
Search in the "now playing" list for Expanded Lovemaking
 OR
Scroll down, and click on the ICON for Expanded Lovemaking

This is the main site for the Expanded Lovemaking show on personal life media.
You can listen to a show by clicking on LISTEN,
 or by clicking on DOWNLOAD
DOWNLOAD requires QuickTime.

You can also click on "Subscribe with Itunes".
Sometimes this Causes an UGLY message to pop up.
If you click on Continue or OK it should start up ITUNES,
and bring you to the Expanded Lovemaking page.

Here you click on 'Subscribe'.


TRICKS FOR GETTING AND KEEPING ALL THE SHOWS

By defualt, most Itunes are set up for "Autodelete".
This means you'll only get the latest show, and only for a week or so.
To overcome this, go to the itunes section entitled "Podcasts".
Find the show Expanded Lovemaking (now on your itunes list)
Right click on the menu, and select "Do Not Auto Delete".
It's about 2/3 of the way down the pop-up list.

Now,  right click on the triangle on the left hand side of the show title.
This expands the list.
Go to the ones that are greyed out and click on the "GET" button.
This will download the archived Expanded Lovemaking shows,
... for your listening pleasure.
